Renovations include a natural backyard outdoor living space complete with a custom back deck and basement entrance with bluestone flooring that flows from the outside right into the three seasons enclosed basement entrance, custom inground pool with an auto tarp, and custom bluestone coping, large bluestone patio, custom wood fencing with natural granite posts, natural native plantings creating seasonal interests and color during all four seasons as well as strategically placed trees for privacy screening. Other components include lawn and garden irrigation, outdoor electrical outlets, and matching granite and bluestone staircases connecting the spaces.
